This automatic drawing-in machine is ideal for modern textile enterprises needing small-batch, high-difficulty, quick-delivery production. It supports high-density cotton (80s/100s) and a wide yarn count range, works with standard/double/air-jet loom reeds, and accommodates flexible heald frame configurations.
Yarn Module
The yarns tensed on the yarn creel are separated from the yarn components and sent to the rapier tape hook. Then cross the drop wire, heald wire and reed, the yarn is expelled from the rapier tape hook and sucked up by the yarn absorption device. The yarn sensor is used to check whether the yarn has been properly drawing in.
Warp Stop Module
The drop wire library provide the drop wire and the drop wire separator will Separate each of them in turn. At the same time the rotating cylinder will catch of them and pass them on the right position. After the yarn is drawing in, the distributor will pop up the drop wire to the warp stop bar.
Wire Heald Mould
The automatic drawing machine get the wire heald from wire heald library. And the Separating knife will separate each of them then pass them to the conveyor belt, the eyelet of the wire heald are placed to the drawing in position before the heald is drawing in. After drawing in the wire heald, the wire heald will be taken out to the heald frame or heald bar and the heald bar will be put on the supporting structure.
Reed Mould
Sandwiched in the reed clip,used for pass the reed holder can stabilize the reed, the reed rack is moving in the rails of the reed when drawing in. And the reed monitor device checks whether it moving in the correct position of the reed.if correct, then insert the reed knife and open the reed teeth to a certain width so that the rapier tape hook and yarn can pass through successful.
