main feature :
Cotton condenser is designed to collect, condense, and transport cotton fibers efficiently, ensuring smooth material flow in textile production lines.
Product details
Output: 800kg/hr / 1200kg/hr.
Structure type: combined by centrifugal cotton-gather-hopper filter.
The entrance hasn't any special spiral guiding, directly send the cotton to the filter net forming natural winding.
The upper there is φ500mm×1100mm vertical filternet, utilizing centrifugal principle to directly drain air flow and dust.
The outside there is a dust-gathering box to gather the ash and dust drained from working, may directly dam the dust to the dust-gathering room.
The lower there is a cotton-gathering hopper to gather the cotton, the suction by the cotton to the next working procedure.
Saving energy and reducing consumption, no noise, trouble free.
① use on the FA035, replace old A405(5.5KW), is now only 3.7KW, saving energy by 32%;
② use on the FA108, replace old A405(4KW), is now only 2.2KW, saving energy by 45%;
