Adopting a single needle tube single or dual entry design, each row can present 6 colors, and the sock pattern can achieve 13 color interchangeability.
Equipped with rubber shuttle (optional 2) for weaving two-color rubber thread.
Can weave high heels, large heels, small heels, and left and right foot styles, and has the ability to weave two-color sock heads / heels.

The 4"/4½"/5" Computerized Terry/Plain Double Use Socks Knitting Machine produces terry socks (sports/thermal) and plain socks (ankle/no-show) in varied thicknesses. With flexible mode-switching and compatibility with cotton/blends, it's ideal for medium/large-scale factories requiring high-volume, multi-product sock production.

Q1: What socks can the 4 and 4.5 inch machine produce?
A1: The machine can be prepared for terry sports socks, thermal socks, football socks, work socks, thick casual socks and plain socks. The available styles depend on cylinder diameter, fitted needle count, yarn specification and knitting structure.
Q2: Does this machine include sock toe closing?
A2: The knitting machine forms the sock body, heel and toe area. Toe closing requires a related linking unit unless an integrated toe-closing function is listed in the confirmed machine scope. Sock boarding also requires separate equipment.
Q3: What information is needed for a machine proposal?
A3: Please provide the sock type, size chart, yarn material, yarn count, needle count, terry area, loop height, number of colors, heel structure, planned daily output, toe-closing method, voltage, frequency and compressed-air data.
1.Terry and Plain Knitting
The machine platform can knit terry-loop and plain structures. This supports thermal socks, sports socks, football socks, work socks and casual sock programs.
2.4 and 4.5 Inch Cylinder Arrangements
The larger cylinder sizes support thick yarns, padded terry structures and larger sock circumferences. The final cylinder and needle setup should match the sock size and yarn data.
3.One-Feed or Two-Feed Options
One-feed and two-feed yarn arrangements are available according to the required welt, pattern and sock structure. The feed arrangement is confirmed during machine planning.
4.Color and Heel Functions
Published series data lists six colors in one course and up to 13 colors in one sock pattern. The machine can also prepare different heel shapes and two-color heel or toe areas according to the knitting setup.
5.Computerized Cycle Control
Computer settings manage stitch density, yarn changes, heel actions and pattern data. The UPS arrangement can record the working position during a power interruption to support cycle restart.
