CHARACTERISTIC  

The mechanism is driven by a complete set of eccentric mechanisms or crankshaft connecting rod mechanisms, with faster speed; The needle slot plate is fixed, the fabric is tight, and an unloading device for holding the settling plate bed is added. When replacing the tongue needle, the settling plate bed can be swung away from the working area for easy operation.

The combination of electronic let-off and laser yarn breaking automatic stop device ensures the high-speed operation and convenient operation of the machine. And the number of comb bars of the machine has reached 7, and it can be equipped with electronic jacquard card, electronic pattern shifting, etc., making the fabric of the machine more able to meet the needs of customers.

After finishing and processing, the fabric can form short pile fabrics with a pile height of 1.5-6mm, sandwich mesh fabrics with a spacing of 3-12mm, and the wool yarn is not easy to fall off from the bottom cloth due to looping.
