CHARACTERISTIC
This equipment adopts a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism and is equipped with a forced oil pressure lubrication system and an oil temperature control system. Independent winding and yarn breaking automatic stop device with bristle brushing device (optional), electronic let-off, and electronic lateral movement (optional) to ensure high-speed operation and convenient operation of the machine.

Q1: What products can the TD2886 make?
A1: The TD2886 can produce medium-pile fabric for plush toys, faux fur products, blankets, plush carpets and home textiles. Fabric programs may include coral fleece, PV plush and other synthetic pile structures.
Q2: Is the TD2886 the same as a 3D spacer fabric machine?
A2: No. The TD2886 is mainly intended for pile fabric that is split, cut and finished to create a soft surface. A 3D spacer machine produces two fabric surfaces connected by spacer yarns and normally retains the connected structure.
Q3: What data is needed for a TD2886 quotation?
A3: Please provide the target fabric sample, ground yarn, pile yarn, yarn denier, finished pile height, fabric width, fabric weight, stitch density and planned output. The splitting and finishing process, local voltage, frequency and workshop conditions should also be provided.
1.Medium-Pile Fabric Range
The TD2886 is intended for pile fabrics with a finished pile height of 5 to 25 mm after splitting, cutting and finishing.
2.Double-Layer Knitting Structure
Two fabric layers are knitted and connected by pile yarns. The connected fabric can then be split to create two pile surfaces.
3.Multiple Plush Applications
The machine can be used for plush toy material, faux fur fabric, blankets, carpets, coral fleece and PV plush fabric programs.
4.Oil-Immersed Cam Mechanism
The cam mechanism works inside the oil system to manage lubrication of the moving components during production.
5.Electronic Yarn and Fabric Control
Electronic yarn let-off and fabric take-up can coordinate yarn delivery and finished fabric movement according to the knitting plan.
