Free-Flow Cotton Opening and Dust Removal:The FA107 is a single roller cleaner used in the opening and cleaning section of a cotton spinning blowroom line. Material received after bale opening enters the machine for further tuft opening and impurity removal.Cotton moves around the opening roller for about five and a half turns. During this process, flexible beating loosens the fibre tufts while dust, short fibre and loose impurities reach the dust-bar area. The opened and cleaned material then moves to the following blowroom equipment. The free-flow opening arrangement is designed to manage fibre damage while preparing the cotton for further cleaning and carding.
V-Type Beater and Adjustable Dust Bar Settings:The FA107 uses a V-type beater for repeated cotton opening. The published spiked roller size is 750 × 1594 mm.The beater can use pulley drive or inverter drive. Pulley speed options are listed as 766, 612 and 495 rpm. With inverter operation, the working range is normally 400–800 rpm, with approximately 770 rpm used for general processing. The machine has 68 dust bars. Dust-bar spacing can be adjusted between 5.5 and 11 mm, while the stated working-angle range is 5°–30°. These settings allow the opening and cleaning intensity to be matched with the raw cotton condition.Intermittent or continuous waste discharge can be prepared according to the cleaning process and mill requirements.
FA107 Capacity, Drive and Machine Dimensions:The published production capacity is up to 800 kg/h with a working width of 1.60 m. Actual output is related to cotton grade, moisture, impurity content, tuft condition and the capacity of the connected blowroom equipment. The main motor is rated at 7.5 kW and 1430 rpm. The listed carriage motor is 0.37 kW and 1430 rpm.The approximate overall dimensions are 1992 × 1132 × 1960 mm. Installation planning should also consider the air duct, waste discharge connection, maintenance space and dust-control equipment.
