main feature :

The FA316A is a double-delivery draw frame for cotton, manmade fiber and blended fiber sliver.
It handles fiber lengths of 10 to 80 mm with six to eight feed ends and up to eight doublings.
The three-over-three drafting system uses a pressure bar and guide roller to manage fiber movement through the draft zone.
A draft range of 4 to 11 supports sliver preparation for different spinning processes.
Delivered sliver weight covers 1.25 to 7 ktex, while final working speed follows the confirmed machine data.
Two delivery positions and a double-coiler arrangement support simultaneous sliver collection.
The machine includes automatic can change, empty-can handling and space for up to three reserve cans.
PLC control, inverter motor control and breakage or blockage monitoring assist routine mill operation.
