The TD1000-6 is a six-position friction spinning machine designed for producing coarse, bulky and core-spun yarns from virgin, recycled and technical fibres. It is suitable for industrial yarn applications that require flexible raw-material processing, high fibre input and controlled package winding.
1.Wide Raw-Material Compatibility
The machine can process pure cotton, waste cotton, polypropylene, polyester, acrylic, aramid and selected blended fibres. It supports the production of approximately 0.5–3 Ne coarse yarn and selected core-spun yarn structures, subject to raw-material and yarn testing.
2.High Fibre Input for Extra-Coarse Yarn
A specially designed large fibre-input mechanism supports feed quantities of up to 35 g/m. The six-position arrangement and maximum output speed of up to 239 m/min make the machine suitable for thick yarns that exceed the processing range of many conventional spinning systems.
3.Stable Feeding and Controlled Drafting
The elevated feed trolley works with an optical stop system to detect material breaks and reduce irregular feeding. A two-roller drafting unit, anti-wrapping lower roller and microscale draft ratio help maintain stable fibre delivery and simplify the removal of blocked material.
4.Efficient Friction Twisting System
The lightweight twisting cage uses an anti-static surface and breathable structure to support efficient fibre collection and yarn formation. Double bearing supports improve rotational stability and help extend the service life of the twisting assembly.
