The Hank Yarn Dyeing Machine TDY comes equipped with a reliable PLC control system and a clear display of the water line. The machine's design is convenient for adding and removing yarns, as well as cleaning the jet pipe. It also boasts aesthetically pleasing appearances and safety features.

It is suitable for dealing with cotton flax, wool, man-made hairs,terylene and blending twisted yarm ahead and later. Whenmodel Y is packed with yarns, it could make several processes ofdyeing finished, such as swelling, refining, bleaching, dyeing, and pliability etc.
The distance between one and another yarn bar is from 426 to 855 millimeters, So it is suitable for dyeing different hank yarms.
It is equipped with precise and reversing controller to enssure that inside of hank yarns could be averagely dyed by changing automation circulation direction of dying.
Circulation water pump is well designed to fit for dyeing crafts of different kinds of hank yarns with changes in speed by mucch more leather belt wheels of degrees.
Model Y could reduce the deflection of crafts vat by being used two series machines.
The body of machine and other parts getting in touch with dyeare made of excellenl stainless steel, which has high erosion-resisting ability.
High-efficiency axial-flow pump made of stainless steel is equipped with sealed mechanical device.
