main feature :
The machine is with 2x4 or 4x6 tracks, which increased the fabric design. With different needle set up and cam set up it can produce various fabric design, such ais mini jacquard, air layer fabric interlock, lycra fabric and so on.
Feature: the biggest feature is that the weight of fabric canreach 180-200kgs per roll,which can save the cost of fabric, reduce the waste of fabric head and tailand greatly improved the availability of fabric roll.

Q1: What fabrics can the TD-DDH and TD-DLH machines knit?
A1: The machines can be configured for interlock, rib, mini-jacquard, air-layer and Lycra fabric structures. The final setup depends on yarn count, fabric GSM, gauge, needle arrangement, cam arrangement and stitch length.
Q2: What does the 2 × 4 or 4 × 6 track arrangement mean?
A2: It refers to the available cam-track configuration used to control needle movement and fabric pattern capability. The technical sheet should state the exact cylinder and dial track arrangement for the chosen model.

1.High-Frame Fabric Take-Down Area
The raised machine frame provides additional winding space for large fabric rolls. The published roll weight is 180–200 kg under the stated fabric and knitting conditions.
