Product Overview

TD-301 type high precision servo control warping machine, in cooperation with Schneider Electric, uses the original asynchronous servo control technology. It is a high-precision servo computer warping machine developed for the current market's ultra-fine raw materials, and features whole-machine copy control. This machine is suitable for 15D-680D raw materials, including cotton, polyester filament, nylon, monofilament, rayon, etc., and is used to produce high-quality spun yarn, plain cloth, and elastic high-grade fabrics.

Q1: What does the TD-301 servo warping machine produce?

A1: The TD-301 prepares warp beams used by downstream warp-knitting machines. It does not directly make spun yarn or finished fabric. The prepared beams carry parallel yarn ends for the following knitting process.
