Product Overview
TD-301 type high precision servo control warping machine, in cooperation with Schneider Electric, uses the original asynchronous servo control technology. It is a high-precision servo computer warping machine developed for the current market's ultra-fine raw materials, and features whole-machine copy control. This machine is suitable for 15D-680D raw materials, including cotton, polyester filament, nylon, monofilament, rayon, etc., and is used to produce high-quality spun yarn, plain cloth, and elastic high-grade fabrics.
CHARACTERISTIC
1. With the guide rail slider type bracket device, the precision high, pan head positioning structure is stable, the operation is convenient;

Q1: What does the TD-301 servo warping machine produce?
A1: The TD-301 prepares warp beams used by downstream warp-knitting machines. It does not directly make spun yarn or finished fabric. The prepared beams carry parallel yarn ends for the following knitting process.
Q2: What yarn and beam sizes can the TD-301 handle?
A2: The published yarn scope is 15D–680D, with 50D–150D listed as the main working band. Beam references include Φ762 × 535 mm for the 30 inch configuration and Φ535 × 535 mm for the 21 inch configuration.
Q3: What information is needed for a TD-301 machine proposal?
A3: Please provide the yarn material, yarn denier or spun-yarn count, package dimensions, number of yarn ends, required beam length, beam drawing and planned quantity of matching beams. Please also state the factory voltage, frequency, compressed-air data, indoor temperature, workshop dimensions and destination port.
1.Fine and Filament Yarn Range
The published yarn range is 15D–680D, covering polyester filament, nylon, monofilament and rayon. The parameter section identifies 50D–150D as the main working band.
2.Computer Copy Control
Process information is recorded during master-beam preparation and used for the other beams in the same group. The system monitors beam turns, yarn length, weight and circumference according to the machine settings.
3.Servo Yarn-Tension Management
The servo system manages yarn tension during winding and compensates for changes related to yarn material and package diameter.
4.Constant Linear Warping Speed
The TD-301 operates at a stated warping speed of 50–1000 m/min. Constant linear-speed winding supports controlled beam preparation across the working cycle.
5.Beam Positioning and Controller Communication
The guide-rail slider support and beam-head clamping structure assist beam positioning. A Schneider industrial controller with Modbus 485 communication coordinates machine data and operating signals.
