The JC230/JC328 high-yield carding machine mainly consists of a carding unit and a combined cleaning and feeding unit. By raising the relative position of the cylinder, licker-in, and doffer, and increasing the machine width, the carding area around the cylinder is increased, improving quality and output. The equipment is simple and safe to operate, easy to maintain, energy-saving, and has low operating costs. This machine is a single-licker-in carding machine, mainly used for carded ring spinning and combed ring spinning, and can also be used in rotor spinning.
The frame is manufactured using a one-piece welding and tempering process, and integrated CNC machining,
resulting in high precision, robustness, durability, and resistance to deformation.
The raised cylinder increases the combing area, effectively enhancing combing capacity.
The convex frame design increases the space beneath the cylinder, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
The machine also features fault alarms and self-diagnostic functions, providing automatic shutdown protection for
multiple safety and process issues such as metal feeding, excessive cotton layer thickness, abnormal sliver weight,
and excessively thick or thin slivers. The display screen shows the fault location and name, ensuring safety and preventing
losses caused by quality abnormalities during carding machine operation.
The machine features continuous online monitoring and adjustment capabilities, allowing direct frequency conversion adjustment of the cylinder, licker-in roller, doffer, and feed roller speeds. Users can adjust quality and output as needed, with adjustments made at any time via the touchscreen without stopping production.
Employing Schneider PLC and Panasonic frequency converters ensures stable and reliable equipment, significantly improving its anti-interference capabilities.
The high-definition touchscreen displays multiple functions including speed, quantity, CV%, leveling, output, faults, cotton rollers, and time, allowing for the display of various settings and parameter configurations. The entire machine employs a self-regulating leveling device, providing excellent control over sliver weight. The mid-segment self-regulating leveling allows for independent control and adjustment of the weight of a one-meter-long sliver.
