Single jersey open width circular knitting machine is the machine whicis used to produce many kinds of single jersey fabrics.
Four track cams structure and universal needles which makeit lower cost. Gears adopt oil-soaking design, through special treatment to prolongthe life of gears and lower noise and quick rotation.

1.Single Jersey Jacquard and Stripe Knitting
The TD-SEJ4/6J combines single jersey jacquard patterning with automatic multi-color yarn changing. This allows programmed motifs and stripe effects to appear within the same lightweight knitted fabric.
2.Four and Six Color Arrangements
A four-color or six-color auto striper unit can be used according to the fabric design. The color plan is prepared around the yarn arrangement and stripe repeat.
3.Computerized Pattern Control
A microprocessor controller and three-way computerized needle control method coordinate the jacquard pattern with the knitting actions.
4.Touch Panel Settings
The touch panel provides access to the main working settings and color-changing sequence. This helps operators manage pattern data through one interface.
5.Diameter, Gauge and Feeder Range
The machine is available in 30-inch and 34-inch diameters with a listed gauge range of 12G to 36G. Feeder quantity varies according to machine diameter and color arrangement.
