TD600high-speed rapier velvet loom is used in Cleaning flannelette, velveteen, velvet, plush, industrial cloth and other fabrics, including sofa flannelette, car decoration flannelette, curtain flannelette, clothing velvet fabric, clothing velvet fabric, home textile velvet, light blanket, prayer blanket.
Sofa Velvet

A1: The TD600 can weave velveteen, velvet, plush, cleaning flannelette, sofa velvet, curtain velvet, clothing velvet, vehicle interior fabric, light blankets and prayer blankets. Final machine planning depends on the yarn, pile height, fabric width, density and pattern.
Q2: What are the speed and pile height ranges of the TD600?
A2: The published design speed is 500 rpm, while the stated operating range is 250 to 350 rpm. Pile height can be adjusted within 0 to 10 mm. Actual speed depends on reed width, yarn condition, pile structure and fabric density.
Q3: What information is needed for a TD600 machine proposal?
A3: Please provide the fabric name, ground yarn, pile yarn, weft yarn, finished width, fabric weight, warp density, weft density, pile height, weft colours, pattern and planned output. Local voltage, frequency, workshop temperature and roll diameter should also be provided.
1.Multiple Velvet Fabric Applications
The TD600 is arranged for cleaning flannelette, velveteen, velvet, plush and other pile fabrics. It can also be planned for sofa fabric, vehicle interior fabric, curtain velvet, clothing velvet, home textiles, light blankets and prayer blankets.
2.Adjustable Pile Height
Pile height can be set within 0 to 10 mm. Mechanical pile feeding or servo electronic pile feeding can be arranged according to the yarn and fabric structure.
3.Mechanical Rapier Transfer
A spatial four-bar rapier drive carries the weft yarn, while a double-sided conjugate cam unit controls beating. This mechanical weft transfer supports cotton, filament and man-made fiber yarns.
4.Pattern and Weft Colour Options
An electronic dobby with up to 20 levers supports different fabric structures. The electronic colour unit handles up to eight weft colours for velvet and decorative fabrics.
5.Electronic Warp and Cloth Control
Servo electronic let-off and take-up coordinate warp tension and cloth movement. The external double batching arrangement supports rolls up to 800 mm at each winding position.
