The High Temperature Cone Dyeing Machine TD241J, equipped with a high-efficient balanced circulation pump and a reversing heat exchanger, offers a compact structure. It boasts high efficiency, provincial energy consumption, and long lifespan. It can cater to the needs of various pony roll yarn dyeing processes. The machine features a reverse mechanism that allows for a 180°C forward and backward circulation of the dye liquor as per technological requirements. It utilizes a pressurized form and an air cushion form (or a combination of an auxiliary feed pump, Nick sealing, and self-sealing via internal pressure), automation, computer temperature control, and full-automatic control of the dyeing process, including water in, water out, temperature rise, thermal insulation, temperature drop, washing, etc. The timing and quantitative regulation of yarn feed and stream input are managed by a proportional control valve, which can be customized according to customer preferences. The main pump motor is driven by a frequency inverter, allowing for limitless flow control to minimize energy consumption during startup and load-relieving operations.
