1.Multi-Material Batching Connection
The HMC300-S works with a batching unit to prepare several fiber materials according to the required blend ratio. The complete process arrangement is based on the mill recipe and raw-material condition.
2.Repeated Loose-Fiber Mixing
The lifting curtain returns the fiber to the blending section for an additional mixing cycle. This repeated movement supports the distribution of different fiber components throughout the batch.
