Frequency Conversion Loose Fiber Hydro Extractor
It is suitable for dehydrating fibrous objects such as loose fibers, cotton, textiles, etc. It adopts variable frequency speed regulation, direct drive special motor and dynamic balancing technology, with the characteristics of compact structure, large capacity and low energy consumption. It can dehydrate the cage at one time, with full automation and timing, saving costs, and the size can be customized.

Hanging Bag Frequency Conversion Hydro Extractor
Compared with ordinary variable frequency dehydrators, the advantages of hanging bag dehydrators are that they save more labor and energy. A brief description of the operation process: put the net bag into the cart - put the material into the net bag - hang the net bag into the dehydrator for dehydration - after dehydration, hang the net bag out.
Normal (Heavy) Hank Hydro Extractor
The chassis, shell, main shaft assembly and drum are suspended via three spring-covered suspension rods on spherical seats above three column feet. This setup eases drum imbalance from uneven loading, reducing impact on the main shaft and bearings. Driven by a motor via a centrifugal clutch and V-belt, it starts smoothly with motor overload protection.

The equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel and outer cage, with long life, large capacity, high dehydration rate and low energy consumption. It is equipped with advanced frequency conversion full-automatic control, which can automatically time and brake, with adjustable speed, no mechanical brake to reduce maintenance rate; it has an organic cover to protect safety and life, and super static and dynamic balance to create a good environment.
