Q1: Which medical products can the TD-D4 pack?
A1: The published product scope includes bandages, gauze swabs and face masks. Other medical disposable items require confirmation based on their dimensions, shape, packing material and feeding method.
Q2: What is the difference between the TD-D4 and TD-B6?
A2: The TD-B6 is aimed mainly at bandage roll packing. The TD-D4 is positioned for several medical disposable product types, including gauze swabs and face masks. Their feeding parts, bag sizes and machine arrangements can therefore differ.
Q3: Does the TD-D4 make a sterile medical package?
A3: The packing machine forms and seals the pack, but it does not by itself sterilize the medical item or confirm a sterile barrier. Packing material, sealing conditions and the sterilization cycle require separate testing and validation under the buyer’s quality system.

4.Printed Pack Preparation
When printed film is required, the mark pitch, artwork position, product text and Arabic-English print location can be checked during project preparation.
5.Medical Textile Line Connection
The TD-D4 can be placed after gauze, bandage or mask converting equipment. Later sterilization, labeling, cartoning and case packing steps can be planned separately.
