FAQ
Q1: What is a multi-way automatic silo distributor used for?
A1: It directs loose wool fiber carried by a pneumatic conveying line toward one of several storage silos. The unit can have 3, 4, 6 or 8 routing paths, with other arrangements reviewed according to the mill layout.
Q2: Can the distributor handle cashmere and other fibers?
A2: The equipment is mainly intended for wool spinning preparation. Cashmere and comparable loose textile fibers can be evaluated using fiber samples and process data. Fiber length, moisture, oil content and required conveying capacity should be confirmed before the machine plan is prepared.
Q3: What information is needed for a technical proposal?
A3: Please provide the fiber type, required capacity in kg/h, number of silos, inlet and outlet duct sizes, silo positions, air volume, static pressure, voltage, frequency and required control signals. A workshop drawing is also useful when planning the outlet directions.
Product Advantages
1.Multiple Silo Routing Options
The distributor is available with 3, 4, 6 or 8 routing paths. Other path quantities can be discussed according to the number and position of the fiber silos.
2.PLC-Coordinated Silo Switching
PLC control coordinates the routing position with the intelligent silo system. This reduces repeated manual adjustment and supports an organized fiber delivery sequence.
3.Smooth Stainless Steel Routing Part
The internal routing part has a smooth stainless steel surface. This helps limit wool adhesion, supports routine cleaning and suits fiber-handling environments.
4.Reduced Fiber Trapping During Path Changes
The routing structure is designed to manage fiber movement while the delivery path changes. Correct duct and airflow planning helps limit fiber accumulation near the switching area.
5.Line-Based Connection Planning
Inlet size, outlet direction, silo spacing and control interfaces can be planned according to the existing fiber conveying line and workshop arrangement.
