How it works
Open end spinning uses "airflow conveying + high-speed twisting" as its core technology, replacing the roving process in traditional spinning, resulting in a more streamlined process.
Workflow
1 Raw material feeding and opening: Raw materials such as cotton slivers are fed into the equipment, where the fibers are broken up and impurities are removed by the combing rollers, preparing the yarn for spinning.
2 Airflow condenses fibers: High-speed airflow draws the opened single fibers into the rotor cup, and under the action of centrifugal force, the fibers condense into uniform fiber rings along the cup wall;
3 High-speed twisting into yarn: The high-speed rotation of the rotor drives the fiber ring to twist, forming yarn. Then, it is drawn out by the yarn guide roller with a linear speed of 40-200m/min and directly wound into a cone yarn with a diameter ≤300mm and a weight ≤4.5kg, completing the "fiber → yarn" conversion.
