Product details

The foreign fiber separators are designed according to the characteristics of full opening of raw cotton and fast cotton flow in the blowing carding process of cotton textile mills. This equipment is only used as a part of the cotton passage of the blowing carding unit, and no change is made to the blowing process. The equipment occupies a small area and is easy to install.

  • Polyester Staple Fiber Line For Solid / Hollow

Polyester Staple Fiber Line For Solid / Hollow

The Solid/Hollow PET line produces both solid and hollow-core staple fibers at 20-120 TPD. Hollow fibers deliver lightweight bulk and superior insulation for home textiles and thermal garments; solid fibers serve non-wovens and automotive interiors — one line, dual output.

  • High Tenacity & Low Elongation PET Fiber Line

High Tenacity & Low Elongation PET Fiber Line

It uses high-pressure steam drawing at 40-120 TPD to produce fibers with high breaking strength and minimal elongation. Negligible deformation under load and outstanding dimensional stability make it the core material for geotextiles, seat belts, sewing threads, canvas, and conveyor belt reinforcements.

  • Polypropylene Staple Fiber For One Step Line

Polypropylene Staple Fiber For One Step Line

It uses high-pressure steam drawing at 40-120 TPD to produce fibers with high breaking strength and minimal elongation. Negligible deformation under load and outstanding dimensional stability make it the core material for geotextiles, seat belts, sewing threads, canvas, and conveyor belt reinforcements.

  • Polyester Staple Fiber For One Step Line

Polyester Staple Fiber For One Step Line

It integrates spinning, drawing, heat-setting, crimping, and cutting into one continuous line at 20-60 TPD. Compared to two-step processes, it eliminates offline bundling and transfers, with a compact footprint of ~140×18 m and a significantly shorter production cycle. Highly consistent fiber quality serves non-wovens, fiberfill, interlinings, and home textiles.

  • Composite Staple Fiber For Two Step Line

Composite Staple Fiber For Two Step Line

The composite staple fiber two-step line co-extrudes multiple polymers through a composite spin pack to produce sheath-core (ES), side-by-side, and sea-island fibers with 3D crimp, thermal bonding, and flame retardancy. Independent polymer optimization makes it the core platform for premium hygiene, microfiber leather, and filtration.

FAQ

Q1: What raw materials can be used for a polyester staple fiber production line?
A1:
The front-end configuration depends on whether the buyer plans to use virgin PET chips, recycled PET bottle flakes or another approved polyester feedstock. Recycled material normally requires appropriate drying, crystallization and melt-filtration equipment. Buyers should provide the raw-material specification, moisture level, intrinsic viscosity and impurity condition before quotation.

Q2: What types of polyester staple fiber can this production line make?
A2:
The line can be configured for solid or hollow polyester staple fiber within the confirmed production range. The exact configuration depends on the required denier, cut length, crimp level, fiber structure and final application, such as textile spinning, nonwoven products, bedding, pillows, furniture filling or insulation materials.

Q3: What information is required for a complete PSF production line quotation?
A3:
Buyers should provide the required daily capacity, raw material, target fiber type, denier, cut length, end-use application, factory dimensions and available utilities. The local voltage and frequency, such as 380–415V at 50 or 60Hz, should also be confirmed. Installation, commissioning, laboratory equipment, packing system and spare-parts requirements should be listed separately in the project scope.

Product Advantages

  • 1.Flexible 20–120 TPD Production Capacity
The production line is available in different capacity configurations from 20 to 120 tons per day, allowing investors to select a suitable plant scale according to raw-material availability, target output and local market demand.

  • 2.Solid and Hollow Fiber Production Options
The line can be configured for producing solid or hollow polyester staple fiber. Final equipment selection is based on the required fiber structure, denier, cut length and downstream application.

  • 3.Integrated Production Process
The spinning and finishing sections are coordinated as a complete production system, helping maintain stable material flow from polymer preparation and melt spinning through drawing, crimping, heat setting, cutting and fiber collection.

  • 4.Project-Specific Engineering
Each PSF project can be evaluated according to the buyer’s feedstock, required fiber specifications, factory dimensions, utility conditions and automation requirements. This helps prevent capacity bottlenecks and unsuitable equipment selection.

  • 5.Export-Oriented Turnkey Support
TONGDA can coordinate production-line layout, equipment supply, installation guidance, commissioning, operator training and spare-parts planning according to the confirmed project scope, supporting overseas PSF plant implementation.
