Product details

The foreign fiber separators are designed according to the characteristics of full opening of raw cotton and fast cotton flow in the blowing carding process of cotton textile mills. This equipment is only used as a part of the cotton passage of the blowing carding unit, and no change is made to the blowing process. The equipment occupies a small area and is easy to install.

    It uses high-pressure steam drawing at 40-120 TPD to produce fibers with high breaking strength and minimal elongation. Negligible deformation under load and outstanding dimensional stability make it the core material for geotextiles, seat belts, sewing threads, canvas, and conveyor belt reinforcements.

    It integrates spinning, drawing, heat-setting, crimping, and cutting into one continuous line at 20-60 TPD. Compared to two-step processes, it eliminates offline bundling and transfers, with a compact footprint of ~140×18 m and a significantly shorter production cycle. Highly consistent fiber quality serves non-wovens, fiberfill, interlinings, and home textiles.

    Composite Staple Fiber for Two Step Line

    The composite staple fiber two-step line co-extrudes multiple polymers through a composite spin pack to produce sheath-core (ES), side-by-side, and sea-island fibers with 3D crimp, thermal bonding, and flame retardancy. Independent polymer optimization makes it the core platform for premium hygiene, microfiber leather, and filtration.
