FA008A/FA008C Reciprocating plucker

Reciprocating plucker machine is designed for efficient fiber opening and cleaning, widely used in textile production for optimal fiber preparation.
Product details
The FA008B/FA008C is suitable for processing all raw materials, be it cotton of any kind, man-made fibres up to 125mm or cotton type flax. On each side can be two bale groups, also of different heights, can be processed. Permanently small tufts 10-15mg are produced and the impurities exposed.
FA008B grab arm working width 2300mm, machine standard length 30 meters, single side can arrange 60 bags; when the selection of large-scale FA008C, machine total length of 30 meters. Single side can hold 80 bales of cotton, with production line 1200kg per hour, a group of bales can be continuously supplied for 20 hours.
Main specifications
The commander CPC controls the operation of the FA008 and monitors all its functions. The monitor visualizes all the production operations and shows up any possible malfunctions. Operation and monitoring are greatly simplified due to this control system. The CPC monitor can display information in many languages.
