The Wool Ring Frame FB505, with an automatic doffer and electric drafting system, is suitable for a wide range of fibers and offers increased production with reduced manpower and energy consumption.

This machine is suitable for the pure spinning or mixed spinning engi-neering of chemical fiber and wool by which it feeds the thick yarnswith or without twists to go through the procedures of stretching,twisting and rolling before becoming a single wool thread with acertain Nm.
The frame is suitable for different length of fibers because 3-rollerand 2-apron drafting system is used.It is also fitted with TEXPARTSPK1601 drafting arms.The press of drafting arm is adjustable.Theyarns are with good evenness because of strong control to fibers.Automatic dripper oiling motions assure lubrication to drafing gears.
New Spindle ZD 3213 is used.It is with good absorption of vibra-tion and super endurance,and can be suitable for high operatingsperating speed and output.
It adopts AC transducer and during a certain period of doffing,itcan change its operation speed according to the graphs,which caneffectively reduce the breaking points.Under the control of PLC,itrealizes the automatic control on the operation of whole machine anddemonstrates spindle speed,line speed of front roller,twists,yields,length and other technical parameters.

A1: The FB505 can process wool, chemical fibre and wool-chemical fibre blends. It accepts coarse roving with or without twist. The suitable fibre length, blend ratio and yarn count should be checked against the required spinning plan.

A2: The machine uses a three-roller and two-apron drafting arrangement with TEXPARTS PK1601 weighting arms. Weighting pressure can be adjusted according to fibre length, roving condition and target yarn specification.

The FB505 can process wool, chemical fibre and blended materials in pure or mixed spinning plans. The feed material can be roving with or without twist.

Three rollers and two aprons guide fibres through the drafting zone. This arrangement can accommodate different fibre lengths when the drafting settings are matched to the material and roving.
3.Adjustable TEXPARTS PK1601 Weighting Arms
The TEXPARTS PK1601 weighting arms provide adjustable pressure at the drafting zone. The setting can be matched to fibre length, blend ratio, roving count and target yarn count.
4.ZD3213 Spindles and Drip Oiling
ZD3213 spindles are used to manage vibration during operation. Automatic drip oiling supplies lubricant to the drafting gears and reduces routine manual oiling work.
5.PLC and Inverter Operation
The PLC coordinates the machine cycle and displays key spinning values. Inverter speed management allows the machine to follow a programmed speed curve during the doffing period.
