Product Advantages
1.Servo Traverse Control
The traverse of the warping carriage is driven by a servo motor. Starting position and stripe position can be set through the operating system, supporting repeatable section placement on the drum.
2.Step-Motor Carriage Movement
A step motor manages the forward and backward movement of the warping carriage. The distance between the space reed and yarn sheet can be adjusted according to the warping plan.
3.PLC Process Monitoring
The PLC and microcomputer functions manage total length, section length, stripe data, end-break stop motion and broken-end memory. Production data is displayed on the operating screen.
4.Beaming Tension Management
The machine uses an electro-mechanical-hydropneumatic brake during warping. External steel-strip damping manages beaming tension and helps address uneven tension associated with clamping-type damping.
