Product details
Product Overview
TD-301-42L type servo controlled copy warping machine winds yarn from bobbins onto the master beam according to the required number of ends or turns. Using servo control, it then produces identical slave beams with the same data, achieving an exact copy function. It is suitable for raw materials such as cotton yarn, viscose yarn, blended yarn, cotton-type polyester filament, and high/low elastic yarn.
CHARACTERISTIC
Machine is mainly composed of a front, the pan head loading and unloading mechanism, a speed measuring Luo pull, herringbone reed (herringbone reed 180 degrees can be received unilateral 45 degrees, the number of yarns per inch by 6 needle, according to the actual needs of customers to adjust) automatic refueling, servo control tension Luo pull, pneumatic yarn storage device, yarn detection device, broken yarn self stop device, creel, tension device, supporting yarn components and so on.

Q1: What is the TD-301-42L copy warping machine used for?
A1: The TD-301-42L is used to prepare grouped warp-knitting beams. A master beam is made according to the required yarn ends or turns, and its working data guides the preparation of the other beams in the same group.
Q2: What beam sizes and running speeds are available?
A2: The published beam references are 30, 40 and 42 inches. Normal warping speed is 100–1000 m/min, and the slow-running range is about 20–50 m/min. The final working speed depends on the yarn, package condition, beam data and process settings.
Q3: What information is needed for a machine quotation?
A3: Please provide the yarn material, yarn count or denier, package dimensions, number of ends, required turns or yarn length, warp-beam drawing, number of matching beams and planned creel capacity. For Middle East projects, please also state the required voltage, frequency, compressed-air data, indoor temperature, workshop dimensions and destination port.
Product Advantages
1.Master Beam Copy Process
The initial beam establishes the required number of yarn ends or turns and the related working data. The same process data guides the other beams in one group, supporting consistent beam preparation for warp knitting.
2.Servo-Regulated Yarn Tension
The servo-controlled tension roller works with the speed-measuring roller and pneumatic yarn-storage device to manage yarn movement during the warping cycle.
3.Two Warping Speed Ranges
Normal warping speed is 100–1000 m/min. A separate slow-running range of about 20–50 m/min supports yarn threading, initial setup and machine checking.
4.Multiple Beam and Yarn Applications
The published beam references include 30, 40 and 42 inches. The machine can process cotton, viscose, blended yarn, cotton-type polyester filament and elastic filament yarns within the confirmed technical range.
5.Yarn Monitoring and Supporting Devices
Yarn monitoring and yarn-break stop motion help operators locate broken ends during production. The machine also includes automatic lubrication, an adjustable herringbone reed and a 10 m pneumatic yarn-storage device.
