Special fiber carding machine is designed for efficient carding of specialty fibers, ensuring uniform fiber processing and high-quality sliver preparation for spinning applications.
Product details
It is widely used for combing natural fibers such as wool, hemp, and silk, as well as high-performance fibers such as aramid and basalt fibers. Through cylinder, roller, and cap carding, the fibers are opened, combed, and impurities are removed in stages to produce fixed-weight slivers for subsequent processes. It is suitable for fibers of 22-102mm, especially for medium-length fibers of 76-102mm.
Composite Precision Carding
It adopts a combined structure of double cylinders, rollers and flats, fitted with special metallic wires, enabling precise carding and greatly reducing fiber damage.
Uniform & Low‑damage Feeding
A vibrating volumetric automatic feeder ensures accurate and even feeding; a special taker‑in and double‑roller feeding design minimize fiber damage.
Intelligent Mechatronics Integration
Equipped with PLC control, frequency conversion, a touch screen and an autoleveller, the machine achieves high electromechanical integration for easy operation and management.
Wide Adaptability to Diverse Materials
Compatible with natural fibers, high‑performance fibers and multi‑component fibers for carding, covering 22–102 mm fibers and suiting a wide range of applications.
