Needle beam’ movement is controlled by the electronic worm wheel, depth meter display.

Input and output roller’s motor and the main motor are transducer controlled.

Stripping board are electronic worm wheel controlled main axle’s bearings are imported from Germany, FAG.

main axle’s are of #40 qualitatively treated steel Cr input and output roller’s motor and the main motor are transducer controlled.

The main structure is same DILO. 

Automatic pheumatic change needle board.

Lubrication will be done by oil pump attached in the needle loom automatically.
