1.Four-Door Bale Chamber
The chamber uses four opening doors, giving operators access to the bale after compression. This arrangement assists outer wrapping, wire placement and bale removal.
2.Two Bale Formats
The TD-DBA125J has a chamber size of 1000 × 500 × 1000 mm and forms an approximate 120 kg cotton bale. The TD-DBA125B uses a 1000 × 500 × 800 mm chamber and covers a listed cotton bale weight of 70 to 150 kg.
3.Hydraulic Compression Data
Both models have a rated working pressure of 15 MPa and a cylinder stroke of 1400 mm. Published baling pressure is 12 MPa for the TD-DBA125J and 11 MPa for the TD-DBA125B.
4.Wire and Outer Wrapping
The machine uses single-side wire feeding and can work with an outer wrapper during bale preparation. Binding materials can follow the planned storage and transport method.
5.Soft Textile Material Range
The machine can bale cotton, cashmere, wool, blankets and other soft articles. Final machine settings should match material bulk density, moisture condition and the required bale weight.
