FAQ
Q1: Which fibers can the TD Series loose fibre dyeing machine process?
A1: The published application range includes cashmere, wool, cotton, silk, acrylic and blended fiber materials. The fiber condition, blend ratio, batch weight and dye recipe should be checked before the machine arrangement is confirmed.
Q2: What is the difference between loose fibre dyeing and package yarn dyeing?
A2: Loose fibre dyeing, also called stock dyeing, treats fiber before it is spun into yarn. Package yarn dyeing treats yarn that has already been wound onto cones or other perforated packages. The two processes use different material carriers and loading methods.
Q3: What information is needed before requesting a machine proposal?
A3: Please provide the fiber type, blend ratio, batch weight, target liquor ratio, dye recipe, process temperature, water quality, steam source and production plan. Middle East projects should also include local voltage, frequency, cooling-water conditions, drainage details, workshop temperature and installation space.
Product Advantages
1.Natural and Man-Made Fiber Applications
The machine can process cashmere, wool, cotton, silk, acrylic and blended fiber materials. The fiber type, opening condition and batch weight should be reviewed before the machine plan is prepared.
2.Four Wet-Processing Stages in One Machine
Refining, bleaching, dyeing and softening can be carried out in the same processing vessel. This arrangement helps organize several loose-fiber wet-treatment stages around one machine.
3.Dedicated Circulation Pump and Impeller
The circulation pump and impeller move dye liquor through the loaded fiber. Their arrangement is designed to promote liquor contact across the fiber mass while limiting unnecessary power demand.
4.Compact Layout and Low Liquor Ratio
The compact vessel arrangement and low-liquor-ratio design help limit floor-space and process-liquor needs. The actual liquor ratio depends on the machine specification, fiber type and loading condition.
5.Expansion Cover, Heat Exchanger and Fiber Carrier
The expansion cover provides added loading space. The heat exchanger supports process-temperature control, while the fiber carrier arrangement assists loading and unloading work.
