main feature :

The TD2000 electronic rapier terry loom is designed for terry towel fabrics using separate electronic control of the pile and ground warp systems. Its cam-driven movable reed forms the terry loops, while PLC control coordinates the main machine functions.

The published configuration covers four to eight weft colors, piezoelectric weft monitoring and a two-row electric warp monitoring device. The final machine plan should be based on finished towel width, fabric weight, yarn count, loop height, color quantity and pattern requirements.

Q1: What towel products can the TD2000 weave?

A1: The TD2000 is designed for terry towel weaving. Based on yarn data, reed width and pattern configuration, it can be planned for bath towels, hand towels, face towels, hotel towels, striped towels and multicolor terry fabrics.

Q2: How many weft colors can the TD2000 handle?

A2: The published machine data lists four to eight weft colors with mechanical color control. The final color arrangement should match the weft yarn data, towel design and shedding configuration.

Q3: What information is needed for a TD2000 quotation?

A3: Please provide the finished towel width, fabric weight, pile and ground yarn counts, warp and weft density, loop height, color quantity, pattern type, beam data and planned daily output. For Middle East projects, please also confirm 380 V or 415 V, 50 Hz power and workshop conditions.

  1. 1.Separate Electronic Warp Let-Off

The TD2000 uses positive electronic control for the upper warp and electronic control for the lower warp. Separate warp management helps the mill set pile and ground warp tension according to the towel construction.

A cam-driven movable reed forms the terry loops during weaving. The pile setting can be prepared according to the required towel structure, loop height and yarn data.
