Q2: What yarn can be used on the TDS4C?

A2: The published yarn range includes filament yarn and staple fiber yarn. Polyester, polyamide, microfiber and cotton applications should be checked according to the required towel sample and machine configuration.

Product Advantages

1. 1.Four-Bar Towel Knitting Structure

The TDS4C uses four guide bars for pile and ground yarn arrangement. The knitting setup can follow the planned towel structure and yarn data.

2. 2.Three Working-Width Choices

Working widths are 186, 218 and 280 inches at E24 gauge. The required width can match towel dimensions and factory planning.

3. 3.N-Drive and EL-Drive Options

Pattern motion can use an N-drive or EL-drive arrangement. The drive plan should match the towel construction and pattern needs.

4. 4.Electronic Yarn and Fabric Control

Electronic yarn let-off manages warp delivery, while electronic fabric take-up handles the knitted towel fabric after formation.

5. 5.Towel Batching and Monitoring

The batching unit uses brushing rollers for towel fabric handling. Double brushing rollers are available for cotton towel applications. Monitoring covers laser stop, oil supply and air blower operation.
