1.Prepared for Wet Fiber Cake
The TDYK receives wet fiber cake after dyeing, bleaching and dewatering. Its listed input moisture range is 40 to 60 percent, helping mills prepare compacted material for the next drying stage.
2.Continuous Dryer Feeding
The opening section loosens the fiber cake and spreads the material across the working width. This helps the connected dryer receive a more even fiber layer and reduces large wet clumps entering the drying chamber.
3.Staged Curtain Movement
Horizontal, lifting and spike curtains move the material through the opening path. Their listed speeds provide separate control points for material delivery and opening intensity.
4.Multiple Beater Actions
An evenness beater, fiber take-off beater and two loosening beaters work in sequence. This staged action breaks the wet cake into loose fiber while preparing it for dryer feeding.
5.Production-Line Matching
