The Terry Towel Rapier Loom, model TD-737, is equipped with a powerful servo main motor. This ensures proper battening for a wide width loom. It also features an oversized diameter oscillation shaft and a picking finding linkage mechanism without disengaging mechanism.

Q1: What towel products can the TD737 weave?
A1: The TD737 can weave bath towels, hotel towels, face towels, tea towels and other terry fabrics. The final machine setup depends on towel size, yarn type, fabric weight, pile height and pattern structure.
Q2: How is the TD737 different to the TD737A and TD737J?
A2: The TD737 focuses on servo-driven beating for wide-width towel production. The TD737A uses a cam and eccentric shaft terry mechanism for heavy towel weaving. The TD737J adds electronic jacquard control for woven logos and detailed patterns.
Q3: What information is needed for a TD737 machine plan?
A3: Please provide the finished towel size, towel weight, pile height, ground warp yarn, pile warp yarn, weft yarn, colour quantity, pattern type and planned daily output. Local voltage, frequency and workshop dimensions should also be confirmed.
1.Servo Main Motor for Wide Fabric
The servo main motor provides controlled drive for beating across a wide reed. Motor settings can follow the loom width, towel construction and operating plan.
2.Six-Linkage Beating Motion
The six-linkage beating mechanism applies the force needed to place each weft and form the towel structure. The linkage layout supports bath towel and multi-panel weaving.
3.Rapier Weft Transfer
The rapier carries cotton, viscose, polyester or blended weft yarn across the shed. The yarn plan can follow towel weight, border design and final use.
4.Dobby and Multi-Colour Fabric Planning
Electronic dobby and multi-colour weft configurations can be prepared for repeated satin patterns, borders and decorative towel structures.
5.Wide Reed and Panel Layout
The reed width and towel panel layout can follow the finished towel size, selvage width and cutting allowance. This allows mills to plan face towels, bath towels and hotel towels on the same machine series.
