A1: The published media range includes crystal label AB film, release film and advertising soft roll material. Ink and film compatibility should be tested before commercial production.

Q2: What is the printing speed of the U604?

A2: The published speed is 10 m²/h in 4PASS mode, 8 m²/h in 6PASS mode and 4 m²/h in 8PASS mode. Actual output depends on artwork coverage, print mode, maintenance condition and operator workflow.

Q3: What information is needed before preparing a machine proposal?

A3: Please provide the label size, daily output, artwork colours, film type, required surface effect, application material, local voltage, frequency, room temperature and humidity. Sample artwork and target material can also help prepare the printing plan.

1. Integrated Printing and Laminating

The U604 combines roll printing, UV curing and film laminating within one production process. This arrangement reduces material handling between separate production stages.

3. Three U1 Printheads
