Integrated Knitting and Pile Shearing
The machine cuts pile loops while the fabric is being knitted. This combines pile formation and shearing within one operating process, helping reduce extra fabric handling and a separate post-knitting shearing step. It is intended as a knitting machine with an integrated pile-cutting function, rather than a standalone fabric-finishing unit.
Cut-Pile Fabric Applications
The knitted pile fabric can be used for winter pajamas, pajama pants, nightwear, children's plush toys, seat cushions, sofa cushions and related home-textile products. Fabric use depends on the yarn, pile height, fabric weight and finishing process.
Velvet Fabric Process and Machine Setup
The machine setup should be prepared around the required base yarn, pile yarn, pile height, fabric GSM, finished width and roll size. Buyers are advised to provide a fabric sample or detailed fabric data before machine preparation.
