TD-328 type wire warping machine is suitable for wire (polyester, nylon and other materials) high performance warper.
Single strand wire consists of a plurality of filaments, the machine can greatly reduce customer costs of raw materials and production sites, improve production efficiency.
This machine is mainly composed of a yarn frame, a yarn guide device, Zhang Ligun, wire board, wire balance roller, monofilament warp up front.
Share of wire alone has a certain torque motor given initial tension; keep the tension by the tension roller; wire board for wire drawing; and control the balance of tension traction roller on silk filament; finally by the front of constant velocity winding.
The linear speed of the whole process is constant, the tension is controllable and the tension is even.
