Recently, Tongda Group delivered an outstanding performance in a tender for ring spinning equipment held by a spinning mill under COFCO Group. Standing out amidst fierce competition from three core suppliers, the company successfully secured the contract for a complete set of ring spinning equipment comprising 50,000 spindles.
This project features the TONGDA Group’s ultra-long ring spinning machine series. With its advantages—including a long-frame design, high degree of automation, user-friendly operation, and labor-saving capabilities—this equipment series is ideally suited to meet the client's requirements for establishing a high-quality spinning production line.
In terms of structural design, this series features an ultra-long spindle configuration; a single machine unit can accommodate anywhere from 612 to 1,824 spindles and supports flexible expansion in increments of 36 spindles, thereby effectively boosting single-machine production capacity. Furthermore, it is equipped with a novel extended bridge-frame structure and high-precision ring rails to meet the demands of high-speed spinning while ensuring operational stability.
Regarding efficiency and operation, the equipment incorporates several optimized design features:
It utilizes rapid installation technology (featuring a locating pin-and-hole structure), which significantly reduces the time required for installation and commissioning;
It is equipped with a rapid doffing economy, completing the doffing process in approximately three minutes, thereby substantially enhancing production efficiency;
It features a dual-end suction economy (located at both the head and tail of the machine) to ensure stable suction and improve the consistency of yarn quality.
In terms of control and intelligence, the equipment is equipped with an electronic drafting economy that offers high control precision and stable operation, while also reducing yarn breakage rates through optimized control logic. Furthermore, it integrates an intelligent spinning expert economy capable of functions such as yarn data storage and on-screen fault diagnosis, thereby enhancing production management standards and equipment maintainability.
Furthermore, the equipment's structural design incorporates a central-drive synchronous extension technology, catering to the production requirements of various yarn types and thereby enhancing the overall versatility and flexibility of the machine.
