Scope of application and characteristics
Smart-High-Speed Sectional Warping Machine：
This machine is suitable for sectional warping of all types yarns,including worsted fabric, synthetic filament fabric, yarn-dyed fabric,real silk fabric, and special textiles etc. It can be used as the pre-weaving preparation equipment for shuttle less loom of rapier,projectile, water-jet and air-jet etc., it the preferential equipment of weaving mill for developing various top-grade fabrics or special-type fabrics. It can meet the sectional warping of various top-grade fabrics, precision fabrics and heavy tension fabrics.
Warping and beaming is driven by A.C.frequency converter so that constant yarn speed and tension is gained even at high speed.Super High Speed
Sectional Warping Machine：
This machine is suitable for sectional warping of various kinds of yarns,including worsted yarn,high twisted synthetic filaments, yarn-dyed fabric, real silk fabric, towelling fabric and fabric in special industry. This machine, which can match water-jet, air-jet, rapier and projectile looms, is the equipment for preparation before weaving.
The traverse of warping operation panel is accurately controlled by servo motor. The starting point setting and stripe setting can be achieved automatically once by pressing the button.
Super-High-Speed Direct Warping Machine：
This machine can accurately control the length and arrangement of warp yarn. It is suitable
for directly warping of various kinds of chopped yarns and is the pre-spinning preparation
equipment for various kinds of shuttleless looms.
The warping beam is directly driven, the variable frequency control motor has achieved stepless setting for yarn warping speed, and the yam speed is constant.
High-Speed Direct Warping Machine：
The machine can be applied to directly warping various chopped yarns. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, uniformity density and flatness thread. So this kind of machine is the ideal equipment for preparation before sizing and dyeing.
Warping-Sizing Combinatorial Machine：
Is suitable to size and warp yarns used in color-woven fabric, wool fabric, silk fabric or special industry fabric, despite of the count and density.Controlled by computer,and structured reasonably, the new technology machine is stable and reliable, and can match with rapier, projectile, air-jet looms, etc.It is a good choice for substituting the imports.
Ball Warping Machine：
Collect the warp yarn to make yarn into ball shape, for the use of bundle-dyeing.
Rebeamer/ Long Chain Beamer：
Divide again the colored bunched yarns into single-piece parallel warp slices and evenly
wind up to colored warp beam for use by warp beam starching and other workmanships.
Apply the mode of first grade motor belt transmitting warp beam and frequency control to realize stepless setting of line speed and maintain constant line speed during the warping process.

Technical features
Intelligent Control: Employs a Siemens PLC control system and a color/black-and-white touchscreen operator station, enabling precise parameter setting and real-time monitoring of operating status. It supports functions such as length counting, piece length counting, and automatic stop upon warp breakage.
High-Precision Operation: Utilizes servo motor ball screw structure and laser precision measurement technologies to achieve guide bar positioning accuracy ≤0.1mm and tension control accuracy ≤±2%, ensuring uniform warp yarn arrangement.
High Efficiency and Stability: Employs AC variable frequency speed control technology to achieve constant linear speed and constant tension operation. The maximum warping speed can reach 1200m/min, with smooth and rapid braking and a minimum braking distance of ≤2m.
Flexible Adaptability: Equipped with various types of bobbins (torque type, V-type, fixed type, etc.), spindle spacing and number of spindles can be customized according to user needs, compatible with different types of yarn (wool, cotton, chemical fiber filament, etc.).
Safety and Environmental Protection: Equipped with safety railings, metal detectors, and static electricity elimination devices. Some equipment is equipped with dust removal and anti-flying device, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
